ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

  1. This is an application to lease an apartment. The Management will notify the Applicant within (3) three days as to whether the application is accepted or rejected. Failure to notify Applicant within the specified period shall have the same effect as rejection.
  2. Applicant will forfeit Deposit if any of the information supplied on the application is incorrect or misleading.
  3. The Applicant hereby authorizes any past or current employer, landlord, bank, or other credit institution to disclose credit information for the purpose of verification of the information contained herein.
  4. The Applicant agrees not to allow anyone to move into the leased premises who is not listed on this application and has not been approved by Management.
  5. The terms of this Application shall be binding and shall survive the signing of the lease. Any subsequent breach of these terms or discovery of false, misleading, or omitted information shall operate as a breach of the lease and forfeit of Deposit.
  6. Management requires all applicants to provide a valid government-issue photo identification.
  7. Each adult applicant must complete the application. Management cannot process an incomplete application.

Management is authorized to check my credit, rental, employment and criminal history to verify all references and to answer any questions concerning his/her experience with me.

I/We declare that all information listed on this application is true and accurate.

I/We the undersigned declare the above mentioned is true and correct. I/We hereby authorize you and/or Tenant Screening Services to conduct an employment and credit check and to verify our references.

I/We understand that this application is made subject to the approval of Property Owner/Manager and may without designating cause be disapproved by them, it being agreed that any such disapproval shall not be considered a reflection upon the applicant(s).

This application is to be made part of the lease entered into by the applicant and the landlord. At a later date, if any of the above mentioned information is found to be false or misleading, any lease or rental agreement between the applicant and the landlord granted by virtue of the application will automatically get canceled, and security deposit, if any, shall be forfeited.
